Mr. Dye began his career at CheckFree Corporation in 1984. During his 15 year tenure with the company he was involved in every aspect of CheckFree's growth from a start up venture to a publicly traded company.

Mark performed early groundbreaking work in creating electronic commerce systems to serve the fledgling Online Services Industry, working with companies such as CompuServe and America Online. In order to address the rapidly emerging requirements of this new industry, he developed the first in a series of interactive service and payment applications specifically designed to support the "online" relationship between service providers and their customers.

As the Online Services Industry migrated to the Internet, Mr. Dye headed CheckFree's efforts in this area as Vice President of Business Development. During this time he was responsible for developing CheckFree's key Internet related partnerships with early market-makers such as CyberCash, Open Market, Reuters and Netscape.

During 1998 Mr. Dye joined ComputerJobs.com as Vice President of Business Development. During his time with ComputerJobs.com Mr. Dye established and managed key alliances within the Internet Community to assist ComputerJobs.com in broadening its business relationships and service offerings.

In 1999 Mark joined Bill Kitchen as a serial entrepreneur, forming e-com partners, and also served as the SVP of Business Development for Bounty Systems, a services provider that supports buying and selling activity on the web with on-line referral and reward based marketing. In 2001 he became Vice President of Business Development for Mobius Management Systems, a leading provider of content management solutions for e-business.

Mark also ran business development at Vivisimo, an enterprise search company, where he developed and closed their largest relationships including AOL and Microsoft. Mr. Dye is currently VP Sales and Business Development for Bizo.com a new breed of network designed to target the audience rather than specific content on a site by collecting bizographic information from data providers across the business web.  Mr. Dye holds a BA in Marketing from Ohio State University. He has been a member of several industry councils and standards committees as well as a frequently featured speaker in the Electronic Commerce marketplace.
